Owners meld live fire Italian and wine bar into new Greenville restaurant in Judson Mill
Before their restaurant has even opened, Jason Donnelly and John Shepherd have already changed the name and tweaked the concept.
It’s not a matter of being disorganized. It’s just two friends and now-business partners full of ideas that flow prolifically when they are together.
So now, what was to be Mill City Pizza — a restaurant centered on live fire cooking and pizza with a retail component — has evolved into Mill City Kitchen and Mill City Wine, two distinct concepts housed in a storied 5,000-square-foot space at Judson Mill.

When they open this summer, Mill City Kitchen and Mill City Wine will offer a place to enjoy scratch-made food, interesting wines and a distinctive atmosphere…
